Drove down through Jasper and Banff

to Kelowna (August long weekend) where we hung out at

Rob's Big T Bar and Grill (his backyard) and toured the local wineries.

Then to Vancouver to pick up my sister, Jenni, and her boyfriend Kevin

at the airport where they were arriving from Australia.

Then to Nanaimo, Vancouver Island,

to watch Within the Seed (my brother's band) play at the Cambie on my B-Day.

Then to Sooke, Vancouver Island, to visit my parents place

where we kayaked, salmon fished, etc...

Back to Nanaimo for a night, then

Then drove the 20hrs, via Kamloops, and Jasper back up North to Ft. McMurray.
